- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Please note: Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll begin processing your refund.
- If approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

- We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we’re not liable for lost returns.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
