1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Please note: Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll begin processing your refund.
  • If approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we’re not liable for lost returns.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different item, kindly return the original and place a new order.
